Emily grew up in the United Church of Christ and has been part of POVUCC’s extended family for years. Her deep love for the church’s mission and inclusive spirit keeps her grounded and inspired in her work. When she’s not in the office, Emily can be found making music with local ensembles, exploring San Diego with her two dogs (especially in Balboa Park), or planning her next adventure—her most recent travels took her to Japan.
